Hill Country Energy Sub-Regional Planning Commission
The Hill Country Energy Sub-Regional Planning Commission was formed pursuant to Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 391, to ensure the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Kerr and Kendall Counties as a result of concerns raised regarding potentially hazardous battery storage system facilities being planned for installation in our counties.
